When she's not working you can find her enjoying home time with her husband and pets, camping, watching movies, cooking, or at a big family gathering.

Peter (aka PJ) has lived in Seattle since 2000, and has been in the real estate market in one form or another since 2004. PJ has experience as a civil engineer and has completed remodeling three homes. When not obsessing over real estate, PJ enjoys the outdoors, swimming, and playing his trombone. He is excited to be able to take you on your home search journey.
Susan graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration and consulted with the top Fortune 100 companies for over a decade. During that time, she rented, bought her first home, became a landlord, and really got to understand the Seattle and Bay Area real estate market, all while understanding every side of the process. No matter where you are in the process, she makes it as smooth and as fun as possible.
Vernon has been working closely with Jasen since early 2021 and he finds joy in helping him provide his clients the most convenient and stress-free home buying experience.
Jim has been in the real estate business since early 2021, following a career as a process and organizational improvement consultant to large organizations and projects in the science, engineering, and technology realm, small business advisor, and arms control consultant. He has also renovated houses himself, working on electrical, mechanical, general construction, and plumbing systems that built on his youthful experience as a roofer, carpenter’s helper, house painter, and moving laborer. Jim grew up in Canada, has graduate degrees in civil engineering and international relations, has traveled the world extensively, loves hockey, and has a wonderful family with four children.
