After graduating from business school at the University of Washington, I landed a job at Deloitte Consulting which is one of the top management consulting firms in the US. Not only did this allow me to gain first hand project management experience working in IT, but allowed me to explore and travel the world throughout my twenties. As much as I loved the travel, I hated working behind a desk from 8-5 (most times longer) and made it my goal to retire early. I read a book called “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki that would forever change my life. After taking some of his courses and investing in a few properties, I was able to “retire” at the tender age of 35, left my corporate job and loved it! Well…after a few epic trips (16 countries) and failed attempts trying to learn the piano (again), retirement wasn’t for me. It wasn’t more than a year before I got bored and my “type A personality” kicked in and I decided to pursue a career in real estate.

This would end up being one of the best decision I ever made as I am truly blessed to have found a “job” that I really love which is to help people with their real estate goals - whether its working with a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor build their investment portfolio. I truly believe real estate is the best investment class out there and it’s my passion to help others also obtain “financial freedom” through it and can help people find the home of their dreams!

  • “Jasen was such a pleasure to work with! Through a very stressful process, Jasen was so calm and thoughtful that I felt much calmer as well. Whenever I had thoughts on a house that I couldn't put into words, he was already summarizing something exactly how I saw it. When the right house popped up, Jasen was so helpful for me in me making such a big decision—and he had some great tricks up his sleeve to help me land an offer at nearly asking price (very uncommon in the current market!). I constantly hear about people trying and failing for months to buy a house in this market and getting outbid every time, meanwhile I had such a smooth and stress-free experience with Jasen. I truly couldn't say enough about how great Jasen has been as a Realtor and I'll absolutely be referring friends to him as they begin their home search.”

  • "I cannot say enough good things about Jasen! My partner and I are first time homebuyers and we came into this process pretty clueless. Jasen was calm and supportive throughout our home search and buying process. He's incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. Jasen helped us out so much and is overall just a wonderful human to work with.
